My name is Stephanie, and I am the "ginger" in Salt, Pepper, & Ginger. Whether I'm wearing my chef's hat or am barefoot in the kitchen on a Sunday, food is nearly always the way I choose to express my love and gratitude to the people in my life. It's my passion, creative outlet, my meditation, and an unexpected mirror of my thoughts and emotions.

I've worked in busy kitchens, done catering, and private fine dining, but home meal delivery has really become my bread and butter. Pun entirely intended. Cooking weekly meals was not where I thought I would find my joy, but it has certainly become one of my favorite expressions of food. That said, I do love the opportunity to fancy things up whenever I get the chance!

Each week I devise a new menu and release it on Friday afternoons. Customers have the opportunity to choose from these offerings and place orders for the following weekdays. Food is made fresh each day and everything is homemade. I bake all my own breads and pastries, create sauces, dressings, jams, and pickles from scratch. My husband and I even keep bees and I use our raw honey in all my recipes!
I am a one-woman operation and so I keep my customer base fairly small, but everyone is always welcome to join the weekly newsletter, request to be on the waitlist, and of course ask any questions. I always look forward to hearing from new people!
