Preparation Instructions

I recommend all hot dishes be heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Meal No. 1

Lasagne

Preheat oven to 375. Cover lightly and bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake an addition 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and top has lightly browned. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Microwave not recommended.

Green Beans

Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through. Microwave also ok. 

Meal No. 2

Tacos

Preheat oven to 250. Wrap tortillas in foil and warm for 15-20 minutes. Heat carnitas or black beans in the microwave, or in a small skillet over medium heat until heated through. Fill tortillas with warm fillings and top as desired.

Tortilla Soup

Reheat in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until just simmering. Top right before serving with crispy tortilla strips.

Pizza

Take-and-Bake Pizzas

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Since oven temps can vary, I recommend checking at 20 minutes, and then adjusting time accordingly by a minute or two at a time. If cooking from frozen, add 1-2 minutes to baking time.

Any ingredients included separately are to be added after baking.

 

Pan is oven safe and recyclable. For crispier crust, you may use the parchment to transfer pizza to a baking stone or sheet. 

​

If not baking the same day, I recommend freezing the pizza. It should be good for 3-4 weeks in the freezer.
