Meal 1 ~

Greek Turkey Sliders

Mini herbed turkey burgers on fluffy potato buns with slices of fresh tomato, sweet and sour cucumber pickles and a creamy whipped feta and Greek yogurt spread (can be made vegetarian)

Melting Lemon & Olive Potatoes

Thick, melt-in-your-mouth slices of Yukon gold potatoes roasted with lemon butter, garlic, and a sprinkle of fresh dill and chopped kalamata olives

Greek Chop Salad

A bright, crisp salad of cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, chickpeas, colorful bell peppers, banana peppers, and feta, with chopped romaine and a citrusy vinaigrette



Meal 2 ~

Pad Thai

Your choice of shaved beef, shrimp, or tofu in a homemade tamarind pad thai sauce stir-fried with rice noodles, garlic, and fried egg, then topped with crushed peanuts, scallions, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice

Toasted Coconut & Lime Rice

Jasmine rice toasted with shaved coconut, garlic, ginger, and lime zest

Spring Rolls with Ginger Peanut Sauce

Fresh spinach, cucumber, carrots, red cabbage, vermicelli, and cilantro rolled in a thin rice paper wrapper, served cold with a sweet and spicy ginger peanut sauce



Pizza ~

Barbecue Bacon Bonanza

Sweet and tangy barbecue sauce topped with Canadian bacon, crispy smoked bacon, banana peppers, red onion, and aged cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
