Breadcrumb and peppered-crusted Atlantic salmon (or eggplant cutlets) drizzled with a tangy and creamy traditional Sicilian sauce of lemon, Dijon, butter, and thyme

Browned Butter Mushroom & Leek Orzo

Tender orzo pasta sautéed with browned butter, cremini mushrooms, garlic, melted leeks, and parmesan cheese

Spring Greens with Smashed Olive Vinaigrette

A simple mix of spring greens and herbs with a hearty vinaigrette packed with crushed mixed olives, lemon, and white balsamic vinegar



Menu 2 ~

White Chicken Chili

A creamy, lightly spiced stew of great northern beans, whole roasted and shredded chicken (optional), sweet corn, green chilis, and cilantro



Spinach & Portobello Enchiladas Verde

Flour tortillas stuffed with sautéed fresh spinach, shallots, and baby portobello mushrooms, then smothered in roasted poblano and tomatillo cream sauce and melty chihuahua cheese

Bacon & White Cheddar Scuffins

A savory cross between a muffin and a scone, packed with bacon (optional) and white cheddar cheese, served with a garlic scallion cream cheese spread
