Slices of homemade bread toasted with garlic butter and asiago cheese, then topped with a bright and fresh marinated tomato basil salad

Green Beans Almandine

Fresh green beans sautéed with shallots and garlic oil and tossed with buttery toasted almonds



Meal 2 ~

Boeuf or Portobello Bourguignon

Beef short rib or portobello mushrooms slow-simmered in a savory stew of red wine, bacon (optional), shallots, fresh herbs, and root vegetables

Roasted Garlic & Fennel Whipped Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes whipped with roasted garlic, pureed fennel, browned butter, and sour cream

Sesame Balsamic Roasted Broccolini

Tender-crisp roasted broccolini with a tangy balsamic glaze and toasted sesame seeds





Pizza ~

Philly Cheesesteak
