A thick and hearty West African stew of braised chicken (or chickpeas) in a warm and mild tomato curry with peanut and coconut milk

Grilled Garlic Flatbreads

Homemade grilled flatbreads brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with fresh cilantro

Orange & Pistachio Couscous

Fluffy couscous scented with orange zest and tossed with dried currants, scallions, and toasted chopped pistachios






Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri

Marinated pork loin (or mixed vegetables) grilled and then sliced into medallions, then topped with a zesty, flavor-packed chimichurri sauce

Steakhouse Creamed Corn au Gratin

Fresh-off-the-cob sweet corn baked in a creamy parmesan sauce and topped with crispy onions

Romaine Wedge Salad

Hearts of romaine with chopped bacon (optional), cherry tomatoes, red onion, toasted breadcrumbs, and homemade buttermilk blue cheese dressing



Pizza

Salami, Kalamata Olive, & Basil

A base of marinara topped with salami (optional), sliced kalamata olives, feta, red onion, and fresh basil with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses
