Meal 1 ~

Hot Black Forest Ham & Swiss Focaccia Sandwiches

Homemade herb and garlic focaccia layered with Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and spicy brown mustard, baked until hot and melty (substitute roasted vegetable for vegetarian)

Vegetable Barley Soup

A warm and hearty soup jam-packed with lots of chunky vegetables, chopped spinach, fresh herbs, barley, and peppercorns

Fog City Pasta Salad

Campanelle pasta in a zesty, creamy, garlicky dressing along with fresh sweet peas, crunchy celery, red bell peppers, and cubes of havarti cheese



Meal 2 ~

Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

Tender marinated beef sirloin (or tofu) sautéed in a dark soy and scallion sauce with garlic, onions, snow peas, and red bell peppers, served over white Jasmine rice

Cold Chili Oil Rice Noodles

Wide rice noodles in a spicy homemade chili oil scented with aromatic spices, garlic, and Sichuan chili flakes (great hot too!)

Pork & Shiitake Shumai Dumplings

Little round dumplings filled with a mixture of ground pork, dried shiitake mushrooms, and ginger, and served with a sweet and savory soy and sesame dipping sauce (can be made vegetarian)



Pizza ~

Pesto Primavera

Basil pesto, fresh tomato, zucchini, mushrooms, red onions, and bell peppers with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses
