Smoky homemade chorizo (or soyrizo) and seasoned black beans wrapped in a flour tortilla and smothered in a homemade ancho chili enchilada sauce and covered with melty chihuahua cheese

Chicken Tortilla Soup

A creamy, richly spiced tomato soup packed with chunky vegetables and roast chicken (optional), topped with sour cream and crispy corn tortilla strips

Poblano & Cilantro Wild Rice

A seasoned blend of Minnesota wild rice with smoky, fire-roasted poblanos, chopped fresh cilantro, and a hint of toasted cumin seed



Menu 2 ~

Roasted Red Pepper & Pistachio Penne

Your choice of sautéed shrimp, seared Italian sausage, and/or garlic roasted vegetables in a roasted red pepper cream sauce with penne pasta, topped with a fresh herb and parmesan crumble and toasted pistachios

Roasted Garlic & Asiago Focaccia

Homemade focaccia with roasted garlic oil and grated asiago cheese, served with a parsley pesto dipping oil

Green, Green, Green Goddess Chopped Salad

A mix of crunchy shredded greens topped with thinly sliced asparagus, cucumbers, sweet peas, zucchini, and scallions, topped with feta cheese and served with a rich and creamy avocado green goddess dressing


Pizza

Sausage & Pepper

Marinara topped with sliced Italian sausage (optional), roasted bell peppers and onions, and fresh oregano along with white cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses
