Herbed saffron rice loaded with baby shrimp, seared smoked sausage, and roasted vegetables (or any combination of the three), served with a garlic and smoked paprika aioli for drizzling

Roasted Red Pepper, Walnut, & Goat Cheese Focaccia

Homemade focaccia drizzled with garlic oil and topped with thinly sliced red bell pepper, toasted walnuts, fresh basil, and tangy goat cheese

Spring Greens with Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette

Slow-roasted tomato and shallot vinaigrette simply tossed with spring greens and topped with crumbled manchego



Meal 2 ~

Stuffed Italian Turkey Meatloaves

Seasoned turkey meatloaves stuffed with spinach and fresh mozzarella cheese, then wrapped in prosciutto and topped with homemade tomato jam (substitute stuffed portobellos for vegetarian)

Sautéed Asparagus with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Chopped asparagus lightly sautéed with garlic, lemon, and sun-dried tomatoes

Parmesan & Peppercorn Stovetop Mac & Cheese

Tiny macaroni shells in a creamy, cheesy Parmesan and mozzarella sauce seasoned with toasted peppercorns



Pizza ~

Pear, Prosciutto, & Blue Cheese

Sweet pears, salty prosciutto, and bold blue cheese, drizzled with hot honey and sprinkled with crispy shallots
