Thinly sliced chicken breast cutlets sautéed with pancetta, red and yellow bell peppers, artichokes, and capers, then simmered in a white wine and tomato sauce, served over al dente fettuccini pasta and topped with grated parmesan cheese and fresh herbs (can be made vegetarian)
Caprese Pesto Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed with colorful cherry tomatoes, chunks of marinated fresh mozzarella cheese, red onions, homemade garlic croutons, and a creamy basil pesto Caesar dressing
Pizza ~
Pepperoni, Peperoncini, & Red Pesto
Sun-dried tomato pesto sauce topped with pepperoni, marinated mozzarella, and peperoncini peppers (can be made vegetarian)
