Meal 1 ~

Blackened Shrimp & Sausage Skewers

Skewers with a mix of hearty smoked sausage, jumbo shrimp, and roasted vegetables (or any combination of the three), seared with a homemade blackening seasoning blend and served with a creamy roasted red pepper aioli

Smoked Tomato Rice & Red Beans

Long grain rice and red kidney beans steamed in a smoky tomato broth seasoned with chili, lime, and fresh herbs

Chorizo Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Fresh brussel sprouts roasted with lightly spiced chorizo sausage



Meal 2 ~

Roast Chicken & Tomato Alfredo Lasagne Rolls

Savory roasted chicken, fresh spinach, and herbed ricotta rolled into lasagne noodles then smothered in a creamy tomato alfredo sauce and topped with mozzarella and Romano cheeses and fresh basil (can be made vegetarian)

Kale Caesar Salad

Fresh, chopped kale and romaine tossed with homemade Meyer lemon Caesar dressing and topped with shaved asiago, garlic toasted breadcrumbs, thinly sliced red onion, and roasted pine nuts

Pesto Parmesan Rolls

Brioche dough swirled with freshly made basil pesto, garlic butter, and parmesan cheese



Pizza ~

Tomato Basil Bianca

Roasted garlic alfredo sauce topped with mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, fresh basil, and fresh tomato
