Meal 1 ~

Charcuterie Paninis

A hot sandwich filled with coppa, salami, and speck or roasted portobellos on grilled, homemade focaccia with provolone cheese, thinly sliced red onion, a garlic and black pepper aioli, and a side of homemade sweet and sour pickles

Kale, Sausage, & Roasted Tomato Soup

A deeply flavorful tomato broth with spicy Italian sausage (optional), fire-roasted tomatoes, kale, tiny acini de pepe pasta, fresh fennel, and chunky vegetables

Warm Red Potato & Charred Pepper Salad

Roasted red potatoes, charred red bell peppers, and sliced peperoncini in a warm salad tossed with a garlicky parsley vinaigrette



Meal 2 ~

Pork Chili Verde Smothered Burritos

Green chili and tomatillo braised pork roast, shredded and stuffed in a flour tortilla with seasoned, smashed pinto beans, roasted poblanos, and Monterey Jack cheese, then smothered in more cheese and a tangy sour cream sauce

Southwest Chop Salad

Crisp romaine tossed with cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, black beans, bell peppers, red onions, and queso fresco cheese, served with a honey, cilantro, and lime vinaigrette

Jalapeño Cheddar Spoonbread

Melt-in-your-mouth masa and sweet corn pudding baked with diced jalapeño and extra sharp Wisconsin cheddar cheese





Pizza ~

Pepperoni, Peperoncini, & Marinated Mozzarella

Marinara sauce topped with pepperoni, sliced peperoncini peppers, and zesty marinated fresh mozzarella, along with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheeses
