Avocado Asparagus Pasta Salad
Cavatappi pasta in a creamy avocado spinach pesto dressing tossed with fresh asparagus, sweet peas, scallions, and cubes of tangy havarti cheese
Meal 2 ~
Greek Meatball Flatbread Wraps
Herbed and spiced beef and lamb meatballs (can be made vegetarian), with homemade garlic flatbreads and the following toppings:
Lemon Tahini Dressing | Oven-Roasted Tomatoes | Chopped Romaine
Marinated Feta | Diced Cucumber | Sliced Red Onion
Greek Lemon Potatoes
Roasted yellow potatoes coated in fresh oregano and my special seasoning blend, then roasted with lemon zest and olive oil
Pizza ~
Bacon, Cheddar, & Jalapeno
Cheddar cheese sauce, crispy bacon (optional), spicy jalapeño, and aged white and sharp yellow cheddar cheeses
