Whipped yellow potatoes mixed with creamy, tangy goat cheese and rosemary infused cream

Oven Roasted Mixed Vegetables

A bright assortment of bell peppers, red onion, summer squash, mushrooms, and green beans simply roasted in garlic oil, salt, and cracked pepper





Menu 2 ~

Thai Lettuce Wraps with Sesame Peanut Sauce

Savory seasoned ground turkey or tofu, topped with a sweet and tangy Thai cucumber salad, wrapped in crisp butter lettuce leaves, and dipped in a creamy sesame peanut sauce

Deluxe Fried Rice

A mix of brown and white rice stir-fried with dark, sweet soy sauce, garlic, shallots, carrots, snow peas, scallions, red bell pepper, and fried egg

Honey Sriracha Roasted Broccoli

Fresh broccoli florets, oven-roasted, then drizzled in a sweet and spicy honey sriracha glaze and topped with toasted sesame seeds
