Meal 1 ~

Red Wine & French Onion Pot Roast

Tender pot roast braised in a rich gravy of three kinds of onions caramelized in red wine with garlic, butter, and herbs (substitute portobellos for vegetarian)

Broiled Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Rosemary & Gruyere

Creamy roasted garlic potatoes whipped with melted gruyere and rosemary-infused cream, then topped with more gruyere and parmesan and broiled until brown and crispy on top

Honey Dijon Glazed Carrots

Whole carrots roasted in a simple glaze of honey and Dijon mustard and sprinkled with fresh thyme




Meal 2 ~

Sausage, Shrimp, & Pepper Skewers with Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Smoked sausage, marinated shrimp, and colorful sweet peppers (or any combination of the three) roasted on skewers and served with a creamy roasted red pepper dipping sauce

Creamy Parmesan & Sweet Corn Orzo

Creamy, toasted orzo in a garlicky sauce with lots of grated parmesan cheese and sweet corn freshly cut from the cob

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Smoked Almonds

Fresh brussel sprouts roasted in browned butter with chopped smoked almonds



Pizza ~

Salami, Charred Tomato, Basil, & Fresh Mozzarella

Hard salami, charred cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella on marinara sauce with a garlic bread crust (can be made vegetarian)
