Meal 1 ~

Couscous Paella

Plump Israeli couscous steamed with garlic, citrus, and saffron, then sautéed with a jumble of smoked sausage, shrimp, mussels, and roasted vegetables (or any combination of the four), drizzled at the end with a roasted red pepper and smoked paprika aioli

Red Pepper, Walnut, & Goat Cheese Truffle Salad

A mixture of spinach and arugula with red bell peppers, red onions, peppered walnuts, and balls of goat cheese rolled in everything seasoning, tossed with a sweet mustard and sherry vinaigrette

Manchego Skillet Cornbread

Homemade cornbread laced with savory manchego cheese, served with salted honey butter



Meal 2 ~


Guinness Pot Pie

Slow-braised beef roast or roasted vegetables in a rich Guinness stout and onion gravy, all encased in a buttery, flaky pastry crust infused with thyme and parmesan cheese

Buttermilk & Herb Mashed Potatoes

Silky mashed yellow potatoes with fresh buttermilk, garlic, chives, and parsley

Roasted Vegetables with Bacon Butter

A mix of carrots, parsnips, and green beans oven-roasted and topped with savory black pepper and bacon butter (vegetarian available)



Pizza ~

Pizza Bianca Florentine

A blend of four cheeses, homemade Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, garlic, and topped after baking with balsamic drizzle
