Salmon & Sweet Corn Chowder ~ OR ~ Tomato, Bacon, & Sweet Corn Chowder

A creamy, tomato based chowder packed with sweet corn, potatoes, and chunky vegetables, and your choice of smoky bacon or freshly baked salmon, topped with seasoned sour cream (can be made vegetarian)

Everything Bagel Pretzel Buns

Hot and chewy homemade pretzel buns seasoned with everything bagel seasoning and served with a homemade herb and garlic cream cheese

Green Goddess Salad

Crunchy romaine and fresh baby spinach tossed with cucumbers, zucchini, red onion, and asparagus, then drizzled with a creamy Greek yogurt, avocado, and herb green goddess dressing




Meal 2 ~

Meatballs in Arrabbiata with Homemade Linguine

Jumbo beef and pork meatballs simmered in a spicy tomato arrabbiata sauce (spice level can be adjusted), served over homemade linguine pasta and topped with lots of grated parmesan cheese (can be made vegetarian)

Restaurant-Style Garlic Bread

Thick slices of homemade Italian bread spread with garlicky, herby butter and broiled until crispy

Baked Asparagus

Roasted asparagus topped with a creamy parmesan and black pepper sauce, mozzarella cheese, and crispy, seasoned breadcrumbs



Pizza ~

Fennel Sausage, Roasted Pepper, & Arrabbiata

Colorful roasted peppers and homemade fennel sausage (optional) on spicy arrabbiata sauce with fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheeses
