Meal 1 ~

Apple & Bacon Stuffed Pork Loin

Tender pork loin stuffed with apples, shallots, fresh herbs, and breadcrumbs, then wrapped in bacon and roasted until fork tender, served with a cider Dijon pan sauce (stuffed portobellos available for vegetarian)

Spiced Sweet Potato Mash

A rustic mash of sweet potatoes lightly spiced with nutmeg, chili, and cinnamon and dolloped with butter

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Gorgonzola & Pecans

Fresh roasted brussel sprouts tossed with salty gorgonzola cheese and toasted pecans



Meal 2 ~

Italian Mac & Cheese

Rigatoni pasta smothered in a creamy mozzarella cheese sauce, then topped with cherry tomatoes, herbed breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese

Mediterranean Chop Salad

Crunchy romaine lettuce with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, marinated mozzarella, peperoncini, and red onion, tossed with a bright and zesty lemon garlic vinaigrette

Garlic Asiago Parker House Rolls

Fluffy, buttery pull apart rolls filled with garlic, herbs, and asiago cheese



Pizza

Pizza Bianca Florentine
