Menu 1 ~

Pastitsio

A traditional Greek “lasagne” layered with bucatini pasta, a richly spiced tomato and red wine meat sauce (can be made vegetarian), thick custard-like béchamel, and a layer of bubbly browned fontina and Romano cheeses

Asparagus with Lemon Dill Sauce

Chopped asparagus sautéed with butter and garlic, then drizzled with a bright lemon and fresh dill sour cream sauce

Tomato, Olive, Feta, & Thyme Honey Focaccia

Homemade focaccia studded with sliced cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and drizzled with thyme infused honey



Menu 2 ~

Sticky Sesame Ginger Chicken Meatballs

Savory chicken or cauliflower meatballs baked in a sticky sweet and garlicky ginger and sesame sauce, topped with toasted sesame seeds

Coconut, Pineapple, & Jalapeño Fried Rice

Aromatic Jasmine rice cooked in pineapple juice, then sautéed with toasted coconut, caramelized pineapple, scallions, and diced jalapeños

Broccoli, Bell Pepper, and Cashew Stir-Fry

Fresh broccoli sautéed in garlic oil with colorful bell peppers and red onions, then topped with roasted cashews and crispy garlic



Pizza ~

Pineapple, Pepperoni, & Jalapeño (aka…my favorite pizza!)

Sweet fresh pineapple, salty pepperoni (optional), and thinly sliced jalapeño with marinara, fresh mozzarella, and parmesan cheese
