Choice of pork carnitas, shredded chicken, or black beans in a rich red chili sauce (with extra for drizzling or dipping!) on flour or corn tortillas with the following toppings:

Chihuahua Cheese | Cilantro | Chopped Onion | Seasoned Sour Cream

Homemade Fire-Roasted Tomato Salsa | Lime Wedges

Charred Mexican Street Corn Salad

A bed of chopped romaine topped with a hearty, seasoned salad of charred and fresh sweet corn, red onion, and cotija cheese, served with a creamy avocado lime dressing and topped with crispy fried tortilla strips



Pizza ~

Hawaiian Barbecue Bacon

Homemade bbq sauce with crispy bacon (optional), fresh pineapple, fresh jalapeño, and sharp Wisconsin cheddar cheese
