Thick wedges of fresh zucchini, grilled then lightly coated in a garlicky citrus butter



Meal 2 ~

Smoked Salmon & Sweet Corn Chowder

A creamy, tomato-based chowder with flakes of smoked salmon (optional) and fresh sweet corn, and chunky mixed vegetables, topped with a citrus sour cream and crispy fried capers

Everything Pretzel Buns with Chive Butter

Warm, buttery homemade pretzel buns topped with “everything” seasoning and served with chive compound butter

French Country Potato Salad

Twice roasted baby potatoes in a white wine vinegar and dijon dressing, with dill, parsley, pickled red onion, and boiled egg



Pizza

Roasted Red Pepper & Pistachio

Fresh spinach, crispy garlic, homemade roasted red peppers, and toasted pistachios with fontina and mozzarella cheeses
