Butter & Balsamic Braised Mushrooms

Melt-in-your-mouth, slow-roasted baby bella mushrooms with fresh herbs and a lightly sweet balsamic reduction




Meal 2 ~

Charred Scallion Oil Noodles with Garlic Beef

An incredibly flavorful sauce made from charred scallions, avocado oil, and dark soy, stir-fried with thin noodles, crispy garlic, and thinly sliced, marinated sirloin beef (or tofu)

Dim Sum Green Beans

Dry-fried green beans tossed with garlic, ginger, and toasted sesame

Chicken & Vegetable Pan-Fried Dumplings

A mix of savory minced vegetables and ground chicken (optional) in a pan-seared dumpling served with a ginger, mirin, and tamari dipping sauce

Veggie Fiesta

Chipotle garlic aioli topped with black beans, sweet corn, bell peppers, fresh tomato, white cheddar cheese, and an “everything bagel” seasoned crust
