Marinated chicken breast or charred brussel sprout skewers glazed with balsamic reduction served over roasted red and black grapes and topped with a bright and creamy basil and feta sauce

Toasted Garlic Orzo

Orzo pasta toasted in butter with roasted garlic, shallots, and fresh herbs

Warm Broccoli & Halloumi Salad

Roasted broccoli with seared Halloumi cheese, crisped prosciutto, and roasted red onions, drizzled with a warm, lightly sweet toasted mustard seed vinaigrette


Meal 2 ~

Pretzel Kielbasa Dogs with Gruyere & Brown Mustard


Seared kielbasa or roasted onion wedges wrapped in a chewy pretzel stuffed with gruyere cheese, then brushed with butter and topped with poppy seeds, served with a honey brown mustard dipping sauce


Cheddar & Chive Potato Chowder

A hearty potato and white cheddar chowder full of chunky vegetables and laced with sour cream and chives


Iceberg Wedges with Roasted Tomato Russian Dressing

Cool and crisp iceberg wedges topped with blue cheese, bacon, pickled red onions, scallions, and a zesty homemade roasted tomato Russian Dressing



Pizza

Spinach, Feta, & Sun-Dried Tomato

Sun-dried tomato pesto topped with mozzarella, chopped fresh spinach, thinly sliced red onion, and salty feta cheese
