Chili con Carne or Fire Roasted Veggie Chili

A combination of slow-braised beef and ground pork or fire roasted veggies and lentils in a rich tomato sauce deeply flavored with a complex blend of dried chilis, chocolate, coffee, and Tex-Mex spices

Honey Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread

Served with bacon butter or chive butter

Cowboy Caviar Quesadillas

A blend of black beans, bell peppers, and sweet corn with white cheddar cheese in a toasted flour tortilla, topped with lime sour cream




Meal 2 ~

Meatballs or Ricotta Balls in Arrabbiata with Linguine

Beef meatballs or ricotta cheese balls in a lightly spicy chili, garlic, and tomato sauce, served over linguine pasta tossed with Romano cheese and black pepper

Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Crème Fraîche

Fresh asparagus grilled and drizzled with garlic oil, topped with a bright lemon zesty crème fraîche

Marinated Mozzarella Panzanella Salad

Homemade croutons, marinated mozzarella, tomatoes, red onion, chickpeas, capers, and cucumbers on spring greens with an Italian red wine vinaigrette



Pizza

Sausage, Tomato, & Hot Honey

Italian sausage (optional) and marinara with sliced tomato, fresh herbs, homemade breadcrumbs, fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of homemade hot honey
