Meal One ~

Stout & Gorgonzola Cottage Pie

Ground beef or lentils stewed in Irish stout with carrots, peas, and parsnips, then topped with creamy whipped gorgonzola mashed potatoes and balsamic onions


Lemon Parmesan Roasted Green Vegetables

Fresh broccoli, asparagus, and green beans, roasted with lemon zest, cracked black pepper, and parmesan cheese


Rosemary & Roasted Garlic Focaccia

Freshly baked rosemary focaccia with roasted garlic and spinach pesto dipping oil


Meal Two ~

Mediterranean Flatbread Wraps (repeat from sick days previous week)

Homemade garlic flatbread loaded with your choice of marinated chicken, shaved roast pork loin, or roasted vegetables, served with the following:

Oven-Roasted Tomatoes | Feta Cheese

Creamy Za’atar Dressing | Chopped Romaine

Marinated Cucumber & Onion Salad


Roasted Red Pepper Bisque

A silky puree of roasted red bell peppers, tomatoes, and garlic confit with a touch of cream and basil


Pizza

Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese

A combination of sautéed fresh and dried wild mushrooms with caramelized onions, fresh rosemary, and thyme, topped with crumbled goat cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan
