Wild-caught salmon or tofu glazed with a sticky honey, garlic, and balsamic vinegar sauce, served over sweet peas sautéed with shallots

Parmesan & Thyme Smashed Cauliflower

A rustic mash of deeply roasted cauliflower with freshly grated parmesan, lemon zest, and fresh thyme


Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad

Fresh spinach with roasted beets, red onions, crumbled goat cheese, and toasted pecans with an orange, shallot, and poppy seed vinaigrette
