Spinach & Greens Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

Baby spinach and spring greens simply tossed in a shallot, honey, and Dijon mustard vinaigrette




Meal 2 ~

Classic Chicken Cacciatore

De-boned chicken thighs slow-simmered in a deeply flavorful sauce of tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, and garlic (can be made vegetarian)

Toasted Garlic & Onion Rice

Long grain basmati rice toasted with garlic and onions, then steamed in a savory broth with aromatic herbs

Parmesan Roasted Green Beans Amandine

Fresh green beans tossed with lemon zest, parmesan cheese, and garlic oil then roasted until tender crisp




Pizza ~

Tomato, Spinach, Artichoke, & Goat Cheese

Late summer tomatoes, marinated artichokes, fresh spinach, tangy goat cheese, and toasted breadcrumbs with a garlic aioli base
