Meal One ~

Ricotta Stuffed Manicotti with Roasted Vegetable or Short Rib Ragu

Manicotti pasta stuffed with seasoned ricotta and parmesan, topped with either roasted vegetable ragu or braised short rib ragu, mozzarella, and fresh herbs


Panzanella Salad with Smashed Olive Vinaigrette

Crunchy romaine topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, fresh mozzarella, and homemade croutons, topped with a chunky, smashed mixed olive vinaigrette


Asiago & Roasted Garlic Foccacia

Homemade focaccia with grated asiago, roasted garlic, and fresh herbs


Meal Two ~

Sesame Crusted Chicken or Tofu with Soy Ginger Noodles

Marinated chicken breast or tofu crusted in black and white sesame seeds, seared then thinly sliced and served over whole wheat noodles in a dark soy and ginger sauce


Dry-fried Sichuan Green Beans

Fresh green beans sautéed in a dry skillet until blistered and tender crisp, then tossed with fried garlic and sesame oil


Scallion & Cream Cheese Wontons

Charred scallions mixed with tangy cream cheese and spices, baked in a crispy wonton wrapper and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce


Pizza

Pizza Saltimbocca

A base of roasted garlic aioli topped with prosciutto, fresh sage, toasted pine nuts, and manchego and mozzarella cheeses
