Fresh spinach with freshly homemade lemon ricotta cheese layered between pasta noodles along with sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, and topped with goat cheese and fresh basil
Tomato Cucumber Panzanella Salad
Chopped romaine tossed with cherry tomatoes, sliced baby cucumbers, red onions, and homemade garlic croutons and topped with a lemon, garlic, and white balsamic vinaigrette
Roasted Cauliflower & Leek Bisque
A deceptively creamy, yet light and flavorful bisque of pureed roasted cauliflower, melted leeks, garlic, and a touch of cream

Barbecue, Bacon, Pineapple, & Jalapeño
One of my all-time faves! Homemade barbecue sauce topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, crispy bacon, sweet pineapple, and spicy jalapeño
