Meal 1 ~

Stuffed Chicken Marsala Meatballs

Jumbo chicken and turkey meatballs stuffed with fresh mozzarella cheese then simmered in a rich sauce of marsala wine, shallots, and cremini mushrooms (can be made vegetarian)

Olive Oil & Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes roasted with garlic and olive oil, then smashed and mixed with cream and fresh parsley

Roasted Asparagus with Red Peppers

Fresh asparagus roasted with sweet red bell peppers and red onions


Meal 2 ~

Pretzel Kielbasa Dogs with Brown Mustard

Seared kielbasa wrapped in a chewy pretzel stuffed with smoked gouda cheese, then brushed with butter and topped with poppy seeds, served with a honey brown mustard dipping sauce (can be made vegetarian)

Stout Beer Cheese Soup with Spiced Chex

Cream stout blended into a silky soup with aged cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses then topped with a salty, garlicky spiced Chex mix


Dill Buttermilk Ranch Wedge Salad

Crunchy wedges of iceberg lettuce topped with tomatoes, radishes, green bell peppers, scallions, bacon (optional), and a creamy homemade dill ranch dressing




Pizza ~

Butternut, Bacon, & Goat Cheese

Mashed butternut squash, crispy bacon (optional), goat cheese, caramelized shallots, fresh thyme, and hot honey with gouda and mozzarella cheeses
