Double roasted red potatoes with caramelized shallots and a rosemary infused cream sauce



Meal Two ~

White Cheddar & Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese

Cavatappi pasta in a rich and savory white cheddar and smoked gouda cheese sauce with seared slices of salty kielbasa (optional), topped with an everything seasoned breadcrumbs

Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque

Fire-roasted tomatoes, garlic confit, mirepoix, fresh herbs and cream pureed into a silky bisque

Parmesan, Peppercorn, & Sweet Pea Wedge Salad

Wedges of crisp romaine with cherry tomatoes, red onion, and sweet garden peas, and crispy shallots, served with a homemade, super creamy parmesan peppercorn dressing
